Video Visits
RMH Video Visits allow established patients to see a provider from RMH Healthcare Associates (HCA), RMH Pediatrics, or RMH Specialists, from the comfort of their own home. To inquire about Video Visits with one of our RMH Specialists please contact the specialist’s office. Office hours for RMH Healthcare Associates are Monday-Thursday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Fridays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Video Visit appointments can be made by calling RMH Healthcare Associates at 765-932-7591.
What you will need:
- One of the following:
- A phone with video capabilities
- A computer with video and audio capabilities
- A tablet with video and audio capabilities
- Your insurance information.
- A private email address
- An RMH Patient Portal Account. Video Visits are conducted through the RMH Patient Portal.
- If you do not have an account on the RMH Patient Portal, when you call to make your appointment, our Customer Service Representatives will email you an invitation that will include instructions for creating a Patient Portal Account. Click the button below to create an account.

Schedule an Appointment
Call Healthcare Associates at 765-932-7591. Let the office staff know that you would like to schedule a Video Visit. Please tell them that you are an established patient and let them know whether you wish to be seen by a provider from Healthcare Associates, Pediatrics.
They will ask for:
- Your name
- The reason for your visit
- Your health insurance information
- When you would like to have your appointment
At the time of your appointment, you will log into the RMH Patient Portal to connect to your provider.

20 minutes, the same as an in-person office visit
When do I pay for my appointment?
A bill for your co-payment will be mailed to you.
How do I know if this visit will be covered by insurance?
When you call to make your appointment, the Customer Service Representative will help you. You can also call the phone number on the back of your insurance card.
How does the cost of a video visit compare with the cost of an office visit?
The cost is the same.
Can all healthcare issues be treated by a Video Visit?
No, not all issues are suitable for a Video Visit. If you are in doubt, contact your healthcare provider before making an appointment.
Will I always be able to see my preferred provider?
We will do our best to schedule your visit with your preferred provider. However, under the present circumstances, this may not always be possible.
